Childrens Disability Register
The Slough Childrens Disability Register is a secure database which aims to capture information about all children and young people aged 0-25 years with disabilities or special educational needs in Slough. The information that you give us will be used anonymously to show the use of and demand for services in Slough. We will use this information to help us to plan, monitor and develop appropriate facilities and services for disabled children and their families.
The Childrens Disability Register is managed by the Slough Family Information Service. Registering is voluntary but we would like to encourage as many of you as possible to register so that we can get as clear a picture as possible of the needs for services in Slough.
To register you must complete a simple online form which will allow you to provide us with details of your child. We will be able to use your contact details to keep you up-to-date with developments in services and other relevant information for disabled children and young people.
Slough Borough Council is in the process of establishing a discount card for parents/carers who have registered. With this card you will be able to receive discounts on goods and services from some local shops and organisations and this will be available for all who complete the online Disability Register.
